Led by owner Kayla Walters, her curated team specializes in timeless, glowing natural - soft glam makeup looks paired with elegant and modern, versatile hairstyles that photograph beautifully and wear gracefully. We intentionally serve a limited number of weddings each year so we can fully pour into every celebration.

We like to keep our inquiry process simple and intentional so we can really focus on what matters most: your vision, your timeline, and how you want your wedding morning to feel. These details help us structure your proposal tailored to your wedding day needs.
You don’t have to have everything perfectly figured out right now, that’s what we’re here for. We’ll walk you through the rest and make the process feel clear and easy from the very beginning.
HOW DO I BOOK THE COLLECTIVE FOR MY EVENT?
Please submit an inquiry located on our 'home" page. Once your inquiry has been received we will check for availability and provide you a custom proposal to complete as well as links to your contract & retainer. Together those secure your wedding date.
HOW MUCH IS THE RETAINER AND HOW DOES IT SECURE MY DATE?
Retainer is $395.00 and is non refundable or transferable; once your retainer is received, your date will be secured with the Kayla Walters Beauty Collective. The remitted retainer will be deducted from your wedding balance invoice which will be due 14 days prior to your wedding date. In the event that you must cancel your services please understand this retainer is non refundable & non transferable. Retainer rate subject to change for 2027 bookings.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES KAYLA WALTERS BEAUTY COLLECTIVE ACCEPT?
KWBC accepts accepts ACH (also known as electronic check) & Credit/Debit Card Payments
All card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.
All payments are remitted through our invoicing system paired with our Dubsado CRM
IS GRATUITY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
At this time gratuity is not included in our rates. We do our best to go over and above for all our clients. Industry standard gratuity is 18-22%
CAN YOU SHARE WITH ME ABOUT YOUR BRIDAL PREVIEWS, AKA TRIALS?
Absolutely. Bridal previews are an exclusive offering reserved for our booked brides and are completely optional within the experience. At this time, we do not offer preview appointments prior to booking as exploratory trials. Preview appointments are typically scheduled 4–8 weeks before the wedding date, once your full vision, details, and overall aesthetic have come together. This timing allows the experience to feel intentional, personalized, and reflective of how you want to feel on your wedding morning. Bridal previews are offered at a separate rate and are not included within the wedding day proposal. This structure allows flexibility for our many out-of-state brides who may not be able to schedule a preview while still ensuring each appointment is thoughtfully guided and curated. For additional details, please refer to the BLUE section of your proposal titled “Our Bridal Preview Experience.” Kayla personally oversees all preview scheduling for the Collective and will reach out when it is time to coordinate your appointment.
Brides getting married within the Augusta market will be offered appointments locally in North Augusta on designated Mondays. Preview appointments with Kayla are held on weekdays at her studio in Madison, Georgia, with evening availability accommodated when possible. Previews scheduled with Lead Artist of the Collective may take place at the artist’s preferred location or at Kayla’s studio, as we coordinate designated preview days to thoughtfully accommodate multiple brides throughout the day.
CAN I SCHEDULE A PREVIEW BEFORE BOOKING?
Due to the nature of the industry and the high volume of inquiries we receive, at this time we do not schedule previews before a retainer has been paid and the contract is signed. Previews are scheduled approximately 4-8 weeks prior to your wedding date.
DOES THE KAYLA WALTERS BEAUTY COLLECTIVE REQUIRE A SERVICE MINIMUM IN ORDER TO BE BOOKED?
We require a minimum of Bride + 5 each to receive hair & makeup for peak months or location more than 50 miles round trip for our collective. Our peak months are (MARCH, APRIL, MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER). If you do not meet our service minimum service count, we will happily serve you, however, the rate ($1450.00) becomes a "base rate".
IS THERE A LATE FEE IF WE RUN BEHIND ON THE WEDDING DAY?
When on the wedding day you run late, you will be charged a late fee. we give a 10 min grace period. however, for every 15 min after the grace period you run late, we charge $15 every 15min. per artist we will collect the late fee on the wedding day.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN THE COLLECTIVE ACCOMMODATE SERVICES FOR?
we are able to accommodate up to 20 people for both hair & makeup services. for more than 20 clients, please inquire about logistics and availability.
HOW EARLY OR LATE WILL THE COLLECTIVE START SERVICES?
We understand that some wedding day timelines require hair and makeup services to be completed prior to 7:00 AM. For schedules beginning earlier than 7:00 AM, a $35 early setup fee per artist will apply. Most of our wedding day schedules begin between 7:00–8:00 AM to allow for a calm, well-paced morning and ensure everyone is ready on time. In certain circumstances, we may be able to accommodate a later start time (up to 10:00 AM) depending on the location, timeline, and number of services scheduled. Requests for a later start time will incur a $50 per hour, per artist late start fee.
WILL THE COLLECTIVE TRAVEL OUT OF STATE OR COUNTRY?
Kayla Walters Beauty Collective is based in Georgia & has artist in South Carolina. However, our Collective has artist/stylist who would love to celebrate you however far you are. Additional fees will apply depending on the distance of your event location, the travel fee & travel arrangements will be determined.
DO YOU CHARGE A TRAVEL FEE OR IS IT INCLUDED IN YOUR RATES?
Our travel rate is $0.75 per mile round trip from our home base in Madison, GA to your venue. This is not a per artist fee. Venues in the 30650 are not subject to a travel fee. Augusta and CSRA Travel Rate is a flat rate fee of $90 and is not subject to mileage round trip due to a local team presence. Travel fee subject to change for 2027 bookings
DOES THE KAYLA WALTERS BEAUTY COLLECTIVE WORK HOLIDAYS?
We have Collective members willing to serve our clients on most holiday dates. However there are additional $100 booking fee that will apply. For Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, & Halloween. At this time we do not currently offer services on New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day and New Years Eve.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT REGARDING THE COLLECTIVE ARTIST ON YOUR TEAM? WILL KAYLA BE THE LEAD ARTIST/STYLIST ON MY WEDDING DAY?
Although Kayla would love to work with every single client, it's just not logistically possible. However, she has carefully curated a team of lead artists and stylists, all of whom share like minds and skills. Together, we are committed to delivering exquisite on-site wedding day services. We strongly believe that creating a serene atmosphere sets the perfect tone for your wedding day. Our priority is to ensure you feel at ease and enjoy every moment of your wedding morning. Once your wedding date is secured, Kayla will thoughtfully match you with the artist best suited to bring your vision to life. When it’s time for your preview appointment, your Collective artist will be shared and step in to collaborate with you, ensuring your look is polished, personalized, and exactly what you imagined
